    程锐,博士,合肥工业大学副研究员,硕士生导师。于2020年获得英属哥伦比亚大学(University of British Columbia, UBC)电子与计算机工程系博士学位。博士资助于“Four Year Doctoral Fellowship”UBC全额奖学金。2020年9月以人才引进加入合肥工业大学,仪器科学与光电工程学院。研究工作主要涉及(1)硅基光子集成器件(包括波导光栅,波长和模式的复用/解复用器,模式转换器,光子晶体,耦合器等)及其在光通信和光网络系统中的应用研究,和(2)微纳光纤光学及其应用技术。在Optica(美国光学学会旗舰期刊), Opt. Lett., Opt. Express, J. Lightwave Technol. 等国际权威光学学术期刊及国际学术会议上发表论文近30篇。
