邓光晟,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2014年获合肥工业大学计算机应用技术专业博士学位。2018年8月至2019年9月应邀在美国西北大学做访问学者。承担国家自然科学基金,总装预研基金等国家级科研项目3项,发表高水平论文40余篇,授权发明专利10余项。
1.主动调控太赫兹功能器件; 2.微波与太赫兹超材料传感器; 3.基于3D打印的新型微波/太赫兹器件。
主持国家自然科学基金,装发预研基金等国家级科研项目3项;高校、科研院所及企业委托项目5项。
