  • 个人简历 

    韩旭,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。2017年获得合肥工业大学微电子科学与工程专业学士学位,2017~2023年由澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学(电子与通信工程专业,哲学博士)与兰州大学(物理学专业,理学博士)联合培养攻读双博士学位。20237月入职合肥工业大学仪器科学与光电工程学院。长期从事集成光电子器件与芯片方面研究,研究内容主要包括(但不限于)面向数据中心和高速光通信应用的光子集成电路(调制、复用、互连等),面向测试计量和智能感知的芯片级光学系统与仪器(传感、光谱、成像等)。在Nature CommunicationsOpticaLaser & Photonics Reviews等期刊发表学术论文40余篇,包括多篇期刊封面故事和Top-downloaded papers。授权中国国家发明专利8项。担任多个知名SCI期刊审稿人。
