高胜杰，博士。2017年获得合肥工业大学食品质量与安全工学学士学位，2020年获得合肥工业大学食品科学工学硕士学位，2026年获得合肥工业大学食品科学与工程工学博士学位。2026年进入合肥工业大学仪器科学与光电工程学院从事博士后研究。目前主要从事金属离子核酸适配体筛选、主要研究方向为金属离子核酸适配体筛选、磁场调控与DNA相分离及其在生物传感中的应用。已以第一作者或共同第一作者在Nature Communications、Chemical Engineering Journal、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical、Analytica Chimica Acta等期刊发表论文多篇，授权发明专利多项。
